L’autore presenta un disegno frammentario con ‘Quattro Santi’, considerato opera di scuola romana del tardo secolo XVI, riconoscendolo di mano di Teodoro Ghisi, fratello del celebre incisore Giorgio, e studio preparatorio per la parte inferiore della pala d’altare con l’ ‘Incoronazione della Vergine’ della chiesa del Nome di Dio a Pesaro, dipinta da Teodoro nel 1587. Vanno invece tolti dal catalogo dei disegni di Teodoro Ghisi due fogli con lo stesso soggetto , ‘Abramo e Isacco’(Firenze, Uffizi, e Parigi, Louvre) che vanno restituiti al pittore marchigiano Giorgio Picchi.

The author presents a fragmentary drawing with 'Four Saints', considered a work of the Roman school of the late sixteenth century. Recognizing in it the hand of Teodoro Ghisi, brother of the famous engraver Giorgio, he identifies it as a preparatory study for the lower part of the altarpiece of the 'Coronation of the Virgin' in the church of the Nome di Dio at Pesaro, painted by Teodoro in 1587. At the same time the author argues that two sheets with the same subject, 'Abraham and Isaac', respectively in Florence (Uffizi) and in Paris (Louvre), should be removed from the catalogue of the drawings of Teodoro Ghisi and given instead to the Marchigian painter Giorgio Picchi.
